We stand behind AlkaLean with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of the original order date to request a refund.
Email contact@getAlkalean.com with your order number. Our team will provide return instructions if applicable. Refunds are processed once your request is confirmed within the guarantee period.
Once your refund request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of a shipping error on our part. Requests submitted after the 60-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
